PROVINCIAL DISASTER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (PDAP)
Private Property Application Instructions
Dear Chamber Members,

The Town of Nipawin has applied for the Provincial Disaster Assistance Program. The Town’s application was submitted to pay for repairs of Town facilities and properties.
In saying that, the towns application opens the process up for anyone in Nipawin to apply for their own coverage of the Provincial Disaster Assistance Program.

PDAP cannot accept emailed or faxed forms; original signed document needs to be submitted. All photos, samples and receipts should be kept and provided to the adjuster during the assessment.
